Congrats To The Sears Outlet Power Moms!!
Last week I found out about an amazing opportunity. Usually these great opportunities don’t show up at my door step. I’ve seen Brand Ambasadors for all sorts of big name brands and have been totally jealous! Brands like Walmart, Disney, and many more have teamed up with some great bloggers to do giveaways, reviews, and much more for them. This time though, I found out about the opportunity BEFORE it was over!
Another Look
So I find myself with an answer that I asked for a while ago. I’ve worried about my weight off and n over the years. As I get older my matabolism has gotten ess active, and with my back my ability to be active physically has waned. So I’ve found myself gaining weight and having less ability to lose it easily.
One of the problems is that I really don’t worry about my weight too much. Ive never been overly self conscious about my weight and have rebelled against the “skinny” image that the media shoves down our throats. Plus I’m just a little lazy….ok a lot lazy too. So finding the motivation to exercise and eat right is really difficult for me to do. And since I have an abslutely fabulous boyfriend who loves me know matter what my size is, well there’s not motivation there either. LOL.
So really the only way to get me motivated to eat better is to make it physically difficult to eat. I thought about getting a Lap Band to decrease my stomache size and it would also make it harder for me to eat various foods too. But it is rather expensive to have that surgery done and kinda frivolous too…. at least in my mind for me it is.
Well the Universe gave me the next best thing….. gallstones. I have to watch the amount of food I eat, or I start to hurt. I can’t eat certain foods, or I start to hurt. So it is forcing me to eat less and healthier or else!
So silver lining of all this icky health stuff is that I will probably end up losing a ton of weight. LOL Be careful what you wish for, because you WILL get it! hehehhehe

Positive Thoughts
I watched a little bit of “The Big Idea with Donny Deautch” last night. He interviewed Richard Simmons. Something stuck out, besides the flashy hotpants and sequined tank tops. He said “for every negative thought, you need to think two positive ones”. I think that’s a great idea. And since I”m having some very negative thoughts right now, because I got paid today and have to pay bills today, I need to send out some positive thoughts as well.
Negative thought – I’m never going to have enough money to pay off my debt and get ahead.
Positive thought #1 – I’m learning about starting my own business, and I’m a fast learner, and I WILL have all my bills paid, and enough money to live comfortably.
Positive thought #2 – What’s happening now is for a reason, and that reason is to give me great motivation to get my business started and earn the money I know I should have.
(I think i’m going to continue along this road)
Positive thought #3 – I’m strong enough to get through these hard times, and will come out not only a richer person, but a stronger person, more confident person, because I made it through these hard times.
Positive thought #4 – I have courage enough to step through the muck to get to the golden fields on the other side of the swamp.
Positive thought #5 – The grass isn’t greener on the other side, it’s greener where ever you want it to be!
positive thought #6 – My destiny is waiting for me to grab it, it doesn’t matter how long it takes me, it’ll be there when I’m ready. I just have to take the steps.
Positive thought #7 – The obstacles that I see in my path are only pebbles magnified by my own negative thoughts. As I gather strength from my positive thoughts, I see them for what they truely are, just part of the road, not hills or valleys, and once I step over them, I won’t even remember they were there!
wow! That felt really great! I don’t feel so bad that my bills are going to be a little late this month. Next month they won’t be, the month after that i’ll make the payments early, and the month after that I’ll pay more than the minimum. The month after that I’ll pay one credit card off…. the following month I”ll pay TWO credit cards off! By this time next year, i’m going to have all of my credit cards paid off, and have a business that is no where near as stressful as the job I have now, and we’ll be saving up to buy a house!
This was a good idea!
