Challenges and Goals

One of the things that you’re supposed to do when trying to be successful in anything is to set goals for yourself.  I have tried many times to set goals and challenges for myself in various areas of my life.  From weight loss to blogging (or should that be from blogging to weight loss).  However, I find myself always falling short on my goals and challenges.  Almost like as soon as I set a goal for myself, I do everything possible to keep myself from actually reaching that goal!  It’s maddening, frustrating, irritating… just annoying the living crap out of me!

EFT and Weightloss

I know it's been a while since I last posted here. Mostly I've been avoiding my health and weight issues. I stopped exercising and felt really guilty about it. Of course the guilt just adds weight and keeps me from doing the things that I want to do. It's a vicious circle that I'd really like to get out of now.
