Co-Ed Sleepover?? Not a Chance!
So a couple of weeks ago I get an email from my 16 year old son asking if he can attend his friends birthday party. In the email he forwarded the invitation that he received, so I would know exactly what was going on. This is what was in the email:
On July 1st, we are going to go see an afternoon showing of Eclipse. I will pay for all of the movie tickets as long as you RSVP on time. After the movie we will come back to our house for cake/ice cream, presents, and a sleepover.
No Drama Zone!

I’d like to think that this was a “No Drama Zone”, but I know better. This is the blogosphere, and drama abounds! Actually, I think anytime you get a group of people, passionate about whatever topic, you’re going to find pettiness and drama. I’ve seen it in every group I’ve belonged to, and it’s kept me from staying with a group for very long. I hate drama and confrontations.
