My Baby Will Be in High School!!!!

Does that look like the face of a High Schooler???  NO!  Of course it doesn’t.  He’s not OLD enough to be in high school!  He’s just 1, damn it!  He’s my baby!  How can he be going into HIGH school??  I’m not old enough to have 2 teen agers in high school.  And yet, here I am… Barely in my 30′s (by barely I mean pushing 40) and I have two.. yes that’s right TWO children who will be in high school in the fall.

Friday was the beginning of our Mother’s Day weekend.  While Roger was at his prom, I went to visit my mom for the evening.  It’d been a while since my mom and I had spent some time together, one on one.  So I was there for a few hours talking and visiting.  It was very nice and I think it made my mom very happy.
