I had a blog that I was dedicating to Health and Weightloss. However, my dedication to weightloss isn’t as strong or consistant as I’d like it to be. So instead of having a blog just for weightloss and health, I decided to add it to this blog. So you’ll see a few other posts here that cover the various health aspects of my life as well as just about anything else.
