New Diet
Ok, so I’ve decided to go on a diet. I know that I could manifest a healthier body and lose the weight I need to with the Law of Attraction, but right this minute, it’s too ingrained into my brain that I have to diet to lose weight. So instead of trying to combat that and feeling like a failure when I can’t, I’m going to go WITH the flow. I figure by the time I start losing weight with the diet, I”ll have convinced my inner self that I can lose weight no matter what I eat. Which, my mom is doing very well with that. Sometimes it’s frustrating, cuz my mom just has to “believe” in something, and it just clicks for her and starts working. Me, I have to work hard after the click for it to work.
I’ve been a bit discouraged with myself lately, cuz I can’t seem to stay ontop of things.. studying, learning, blogging…. but I”m trying not to beat myself up for that either. Anyway, here goes my diet info.
Current Weight – 215
Goal Weight – 125
Diet – protien shake in morning and lunch, with a regular dinner.
Excersize – currently 5 minutes of various cardio every other day. Hopefully that number will grow as I get stronger.
side note: didn’t realize that I was almost 100lbs over my goal weight. This is the heaviest I’ve ever been. It’s shocking to me, cuz I don’t feel like I’m that heavy. No wonder my back and hips hurt so much. Hopefully this shock will make me work harder at this diet and excersize program.
